Shoppers can call the store from your theme. The call is free for them.

Reviews

What a kept call looks like.

These are example calls, written to show the product. They are not quotes from named stores, and they are not App Store reviews. Each one is a note the next shift can act on.

Apparel · example

Reship today

The customer called about a tote that had not shipped. The note on order 1042 said the new address was confirmed and the reship was today. The next person did not ask the customer to repeat it.

Home · example

Thursday window

Delivery was agreed for Thursday afternoon while the order was open. The morning desk read the window on the order and did not call to ask what had already been promised.

Beauty · example

Matched customer

A signed-in shopper tapped Call us on the theme. The team answered in admin with the customer already on the record, and saved the shade they wanted on the customer.

Food · example

Missing item

One jar was missing from the shipment. The note named the order and said a replacement ships tomorrow. Today’s list showed the call already had a note.

Electronics · example

Do not restart the setup

The first call walked through pairing. The note said what had already been tried. The second call started from that line, with the same order on screen.

Two-person desk · example

The other person can answer

The owner dialled from the order on the store line. The customer called back later and reached the other person in admin, who could read the note before saying hello.

When a real store says this in their own words, it belongs in a review with their name. Until then, judge the product by whether the note is on the order after a real call. Try it on your store.
